360 feedback system for simple, anonymized and instant feedback

360Loop is an innovative 360 feedback solution for collecting end-user feedback. The data is collected via an intuitive interface and sent to the cloud-hosted application via an encrypted channel. The software application provides aggregated data with multiple dashboards and data analytics to provide deeper insights into user experience. The machine learning algorithm provides the opportunity to detect anomalies in data and suggest recommended actions.

The data can be classified into subsets to collect feedback about different events happening during different days or different hours all with a simple configuration. The data collection can be scheduled by the end-user via secure login.

The end-user feedback terminal is preconfigured and connects to any on-site WiFi to create a secure tunnel to cloud-hosted applications. The system uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 protocol, which is the successor to Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). The client also uses a X.509 certificate identity verification.
